Brazilian Restaurant Manager

* European or Latin experience is a must.
* Previous experience of at least one year in a 4 or 5 star hotel as manager for a restaurant of 100 seats and above, or at least 2 years’ experience as Assistant restaurant manager for a restaurant of 150 seats and above capacity.
* At least one year experience in in managing a team of 15 and above
* Priority for South American experience ,
* Proven experience in wine cellar and alcohol
