Senior Technician (Kitchen & Laundry)

The Senior Technician for Kitchen and Laundry will maintains and repairs all electrical and LPG/LNG supplied kitchen appliances, refrigeration equipment, and laundry equipment. He will assist in the maintenance and repair of other electronic, electrical, mechanical, and LPG/LNG operated equipment. He will be responsible for the completion of other services or duties as requested by the Assistant Chief Engineer.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Ensures the optimum performance of all kitchen and laundry equipment by effectively following the preventive maintenance and the shift readings program
2. Reports and documents potential safety hazards
3. Responds immediately to all work requests which concern Health and Safety
4. Evaluates and appropriately responds to equipment usage and energy efficiency
5. Maintains health and safety documentation and records for the assigned area


You have;

Minimum two years experience as Technician in kitchen and laundry equipment

A 5 star hotel experience and local market knowledge

Good technical knowledge about the job
