About the Role
An exciting role has arisen at Jumeirah Emirates Towers for a highly motivated and hard working individual. The main purpose of this position is to manage all operational issues ensuring Standard Operation Procedures are met and value is added to the Food and Beverage objectives as detailed in the F&B Department Performance Plan.

Your key duties will include:

  • Satisfying all guests needs in the respective outlet
  • Being able to increase team members' production and motivation
  • Reporting/Implementing of systems and procedures
  • Being able to actively implement strategies to increase the market share for the Outlet
  • Conducting performance evaluation of colleagues, training of colleagues, guidance, coaching and counselling of colleagues
  • Ensuring that colleagues are aware of the relevance and importance of their activities and how they contribute to the department objectives detailed in the F&B Department Performance Plan
  • Ensuring manning and competence level of selected colleagues is sufficient for the department to meet the needs of the organisation and customer.
About You
In order to be considered for this role, you will gained a Hotel F&B experience as an Outlet Manager in a 5* Hotel with different F&B concept in Japanese/Asian restaurant experience, strong wine/beverage knowledge is an advantage and 1 year F&B experience in a managerial level.

You must be a good team player, guest focused. You will have a financial awareness, adopting of Business Philosophies is essential.

Your interpersonal ability will be excellent, proficient in computer software systems such as Micros, HSI is essential as are excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
