Our client is a International Hotel Group seeking a talented Banquets Manager to join their team. If you are customer-focused with a little bit of an "X' factor, see below for the roles requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years experience in 5-star hotel F & B Operations
  • At least 2-years International experience in Banqueting
  • Experience with large scale Banqueting and Events
  • Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team of 60+ staff
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours
  • Passion & vision - working with a brand new function space
  • Creativity and the ability to think of your feet
  • Time management & multi-tasking skills
  • Exceptional level of personal presentation
  • Attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the Hotel Group
