Sous Chef
The ideal candidate should posses the experience of leading a diverse and talented team in a busy commercial Hotel brand. The ability to inspire, motivate, train and develop team members is essential as is a sound knowledge of HACCP processes and guidelines.
In the highly competitive World Trade Centre Complex, innovation and creativity will play an important role in the success of managing the kitchens for busy Hotel outlets and where a knowledge of Italian cuisine would be a distinct advantage.
This role is an outstanding opportunity and is seen as a stepping stone to an Executive Chef position within Accor in the future. This position would suit an energetic and dynamic individual who is currently in the position of Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie.
