Create and devise a cleaning plan for the staff house and ensure its daily completion. Put together a housing committee Recruitment of Housing team. Performance Management for Housing team Ensure compliance with HR review and implement action plans at the housing as required. Lead the housing team to ensure smooth and efficient housing operation. Ensure new hire job chats, probation reviews & year end reviews are completed for the housing team Communicate any problems or concerns with the Director of Human Resources. Track all housing related monthly expenses for monthly P&L. Track all housing related external contracts including rental, pest control, maintenance & ensure a clear filing system is in place. Critique maintenance trends & devise a preventative maintenance plan Approve all necessary cleaning and associate supplies and ensure correct tracking of usage. Enforce and uphold the rules and regulations of the staff housing. Maximize awareness of safety and security amongst the Associates in the staff housing. Ensure that associates rooms and public areas undergo consistent inspection I compliance with the Marriott SOP and LSOP. Implement effective Sports activities and ensure Associates participation in all levels. Ensure effective Associates Recognition Program, increasing Associates productivity, morale and attendance. Also implement a Cross Training Program to increase flexibility and enable promotion within. Ensure all associate bus transportation needs are met as per business requirements Maintain a database of bus companies & profiles Maintain clear communication regarding associate transportation with all departments. Ensure that checklist of all the Fire and Safety Equipment are done.. Coordinate with the Human Resources Manager to all incoming new hires and implement arrival experience. To ensure that each and every job is done to a high standard that all work schedule is done in a timely manner. Assist the Director of Human Resources in identifying and resolving all personnel problems related to housing and personnel welfare. Any other duties as directed by the Management.
