Quantity Surveyor - UAE

Our client, an established hotel group which is expanding in the UAE, own franchises, core leader in management and manages luxury & mid-size range hotels, is seeking a mature and experienced Quantity Surveyor.

Requirements for this role are:

Candidate must be between the age of 35 – 45 years.
Must have a Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
15 years of experience out of which 5 years to be in UAE.
Should have experience in quantity take off, cost. estimates, post contractual administration of claims and evaluation of tenders, processing of payments, preparation of tender.
Must be able to control and report project costs.
Should have good knowledge of FIDIC and codes of quantity surveying and excellent computer skills are essential.

Salary: AED 15,000 - 18,000 per month + Medical, Air fare
