Daily communication between all Housekeeping, Laundry & Public area is very essential. Internal & external communication is of utmost importance. You are expected to be a "team player," anticipate guest needs, and provide guests & colleagues with a friendly experience.
* Provides administrative support to the Executive Housekeeper and flexibility to ensure a smooth running of the Housekeeping Department.
* Maintains the office correspondence in a proper and sequential order at all times.
* Orders and controls office supplies when necessary.
* Coordinates with all colleagues to ensure an efficient flow of communication to and from the administration
office.
