We currently have a fantastic 5* Luxury Resort in the Maldives looking for a Superb Executive Sous Chef to join their team. Please see the details below:
• Executive Sous Chef
• Salary - $3000 USD per month plus service charge which equates to approximately $500 per month
• 34 days annual leave (30 days plus 4 off days) - annual leave ticket will be provided to you
• 8 days Rest & Recreation (7 days plus 1 day off) - you have the ability to add more days to this should you wish to take longer. An allowance of $500 is given towards an air ticket.
• 10 Public Holidays per year
• 30 days sick leave
• 10 days Emergency Leave
• 5 days Bereavement Leave
• $50.00 Stores Allowance
• Single accommodation
• Medical Insurance except for Optical and Dental
• This fabulous resort are looking for a creative, ambitious and talented Chef who is looking for a new adventure.
• Michelin * experience ideally required
• Previous experience as an Executive Sous Chef in a 5* Hotel and Resort required
• Fine dining experience
• Excellent management and leadership skills required
• Experience in International cuisine and fine dining
• Enthusiastic and energetic!
• Start date - ASAP
