Our client is managing a premier city hotel property in Cambodia with multiple Food and Beverage outlets and extensive function facilities. We are now searching for an experienced and highly energetic Pastry Chef to manage the pastry production for all outlets.

Desired Profile:
• Minimum 8 years’ experience within pastry kitchens of leading resorts and hotels
• Prior Asian experience essential
• Great organisational skills, highly productive with expertise for presentation
• Technically capabilities including supervising bakery and production for function facilities
• Must be European or Australian trained
• Setting quality and service benchmarks
• Managing pastry concepts and specials
• Strong training and development skills
• Creative and positive attitude
