WHAT THE JOBS ENTAILS
Shift patterns as required
Six days from seven
Running the Restaurant
Hands on approach managing the business
Controlling a large team of chefs
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Experienced as Head Chef in a Michelin starred award winning Restaurant
Previous experience in a Seafood establishment preferred
Strong Man Manager
Strong self-starter
Team Player
The drive and ambition to succeed
