Job Description

We are now looking for experienced, professional Hostess to join our team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in high end restaurants, ideally in hotel environment. As the first and last person to greet the guests of our restaurant, it is imperative that high levels of guest service standards are maintained at all times.
To be successful, a St. Regis Hostess must posses:
* Food & Beverage training and/or customer service experience are assets
* Must possess the ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task without error
* Excellent English communication and listening skills
* Professional demeanor
* Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment


Great communication skills and excellent spoken and written English is a minimum requirement. All other language skills are an asset in our multicultural environment.

Ability to use computers is required and previous experience in restaurant booking systems would be an advantage.

Successful candidates will be committed to bespoke customer service and will have the flair for anticipating guests’ needs and exceeding guests expectations. Empowerment and problem solving ability will be attributes that we look for in a successful candidate.

Must be able to comfortably:

* Professionally greeting and welcoming guests upon their arrival to the outlet
* Coordinating seating and flipping tables
* Escorting guests to their tables
* Organizing reservations on a daily basis using Restaurant Manager
