Commis Chefs

Candidates must possess the following:

• Secondary School / 2-3 years Apprenticeship and Culinary College Training
• 2-3 years in Cook or 3rd Commis Position in Free Standing Speciality Restaurant or in 4 or 5* Hotels
• Creative, Decorative & Imaginative Skills in Food presentation of various International Cuisines. Knowledge in all Areas of Hot and Cold Food Preparation for buffet or a la carte menu in the kitchen
• Deputizing Commis 1 during Absence
• Team Player
• Good Communication in English (written & spoken)
• Food Hygiene Certificate
