Shore Excursion Staff

Achieve or exceed Shore Excursion revenue and cost of sales objectives per established targets.
Ahieve or exceed guest quality standards and ratings for Shore Excursions consistent with department and company goals.
Possess knowledge of established tour program. Monitor, escort tours and provide feedback on a daily basis.
Provide accurate account of guest participation for each tour and prepare tour dispatch.
Assist operation of the Shore Excursion Office, including guest sales and service, production of planning form, promotions and advertising material, office hours and maintenance of office equipment.
When required by Shore Excursion Manager or Asst Shore Excursion Manager circumstance, update and present live Shore Excursion PowerPoint sales presentation(s) during voyage to maximize revenue & service.
Participate in social functions as outlined in the Shore Excursions Procedures Manual.
Perform and manage other duties as assigned by the Shore Excursion Manager and/or described in the Shore Excursions Procedures Manual.
Perform presentation in foreign languages and translate documentation if cruise bookings reflect foreign nationalities on the booking report.
When required you will need to translate on the tour buses from English to Ducth
