Training Manager

 Prepares all training program handouts based on the scheduled courses for the week and/or month.
• Conducts training courses – which may involve demonstrating and/or operating equipment, and leading group discussions or role-playing activities.
• Prepares training attendance lists and communicates with all departments as to who should attend the training.
• Compiles Departmental Training Plan, training attendance report, and Training Report
• Assists in the development of the departmental trainers
• Consults, assists and supports the departments and/or sections in assuring the success in their preparation and presentation of their training programs
• Organizes and controls the schedule of training room.
• Works in conjunction with the HR Manager and HODs in identifying training needs and completing detailed training needs analysis reports.
• Develops training resources. This may involve preparing notes and visual displays from researched information or from his/her knowledge.
• Responsible for the upkeep of the training room
• Works with all team members to ensure standards are implemented efficiently and adhered to at all time.
• Shares Knowledge and skills with other colleagues and communicates effectively.
• Keeps the HR Manager informed of progress and problems or complaints.
• Acts with integrity and leads by example.
• Ensure that resorts SOPs are updated
• Builds solid relationships with other colleagues
• Shows active interest in supporting and driving change
• Ensures positive guest experience, high employee moral through training.
• Identifies training needs from Market Metrix feedback and follow up and in turn presents detailed training needs analysis.
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company Policies & Procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
