Chef De Partie - Ibis Hotel

Accor Hotels have grown extensively in recent years and have exciting development plans to further extend its portfolio of quality hotels in key locations throughout the Middle East.

We are looking for highly motivated Chef De Partie who is passionate about their jobs and their career in the hotel industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

•Implements all the food policies and procedures in the Kitchen
•Recognizes good quality products and presentation
•Maintains high sanitation standard throughout the Kitchen and working stations
•Checks and maintains all service standards established for the Kitchen
•Responsible for ensuring daily storeroom requisitions and sufficient supplies during Kitchen operation are rotated and used in a FIFO system.

Key Requirements:

•Preferably in UAE, 1 -2 years experience in a similar position in a 5/4-star hotel.
With experience working in an Italian Restaurant
•With HACCP certification
