Our clients operate a well respected 4 star international brand in Dubai, one of the UAE’s best known hotels with a wide range of F&B outlets. Internal development has seen this position become available and they seek a candidate who will re-energise the department, whose creative mind and visible management style will bring not only a new flavour to the F&B offering but also to the service and hospitality. Experience of the Gulf is seen as essential, and time spent outside of the region (Europe or North America) is also seen as a key requirement. Good package on offer. You will already have at least 3 years experience as a Food and Beverage Director.
