o Handle function of a General Cashier
o Calculating and managing payroll activities as per set service standards.
o Maintaining updated employee compensation related database.
o Keeping track of all changes to any employee compensation details during the course of the month.
o Registering all increments, payments and deductions related to every respective employee.
o Detailed reporting regarding staff payroll costs .
o Calculating advance salary for leave.
o Keeping track of all internal employee transfers.
o Documenting all new recruitment/ resignation details.
o Computing gratuity/end of service benefits.
o Resolving any queries or issues related to payroll.
o Addition / deletion employees from Life Insurance / Workmen’s Compensation Policy
