Tri-Generator Mechanic

Scope of Position:
Reporting to Maintenance Officer

Qualification:
Hands on and experience in Air conditioning and Refrigeration (Centralized plant system) Vapor Absorption Machine and Screw chillers
1. Minimum of 2 to 3 years in experience.
2. Screw chillers (Electrical operated ref : 134A) Daiken Mc Quay 100 TR to 50 TR.
3. Vapor Absorption Machine/Chiller (Steam and hot water operated) brand Thermax India
4. AHU and FCU (Daiken/Mc Quay)
5. Exhaust Gas Boiler
6. HSD fired boiler
7. Condensate water cooling tower (cap 15000 kcal/hr)

1. Performs chemical dosing/preparation for the cooling tower system. Hourly monitoring of ph and Cl level of the water.
2. Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
3. Reports day- to-day activity and deviation from the normal operation of the key equipment and machine.
