You will be managing / supervising large scale events such as international conventions, exhibitions, gala dinners, and special events.
You will strategically plan and execute / assist and supervise catered events for up to 6,000 or more guests, be able to adapt to service provision in both the convention and exhibition environments, from a gala dinner or conference catering delivery to a trade or public exhibition with extensive on-stand catering and cafe operations.
You will have a sound background in training staff, and preferably the ability to communicate in both English and Arabic.
You will possess execellent communication and organisational skills, have the ability to lead and work as part of a team, be passionate and creative.
