Kempinski Hotel Aqaba is currently looking to fill the role of Chef de Cuisine for its signature Seafood restaurant. The ideal candidate will be of Western origin or trained and experienced in Europe bringing along a wealth of experience in referenced upmarket establishments.
-Leading a kitchen brigade of 8 colleagues
-Establishing reference dishes according to the hotels clientele and market
- Positioning the outlet as the premier dining choice in Aqaba
- Menu engineering skills required

Minimum qualifications needed:
-Two years or more of experience in the same post in a Five Star environment
-European nationality or solid experience in a European country
-Fluent in English and any other language is a plus
-Leader and role model, able to handle a stressful environment, strong organizational as well as oral skills, positive can do attitude.
