Housekeeping - Room Attendant - Mövenpick Hotel Ibn Battuta Gate

The exotic Mövenpick Hotel Ibn Battuta Gate is a Moroccan themed, 5-star hotel with 396 rooms. This beautiful property is looking for Room Attendants to join our team.

The candidate must fulfill the following tasks and responsibilities:

- Provides a consistent housekeeping service to guest rooms, balconies, bathrooms, restaurants, public areas and circulatory areas that meets the hotel's standards for cleanliness and presentation;
- Ensures guest services specified by superiors and guests' requests are promptly and courteously met
- Handles guest complaints
- Promotes the work culture and company's core values.

In addition to the above, candidate must atleast have 1 year experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotel. With an eye for detail and is able to provide high level of cleanliness. Also have a good knowledge of the English language, for excellent communication skills and is customer oriented for individual to have a thorough understanding and knowledge of rooms related service and product.
