This individual will carryout all maintenance work as per PPM jobs cards, maintain the level of the main gas tanks and routine inspections and should be able to install new equipment when necessary.
He will also maintain all kitchen and refrigeration equipment to ensure maximum efficiency, check the walk-in freezer temperature records as per municipality requirement, and keep kitchen mechanical rooms clean and in good order
