- Must have at least 1 year in a 4* or 5* hotel experience in the same role.
- Must have a passionate approach to customer service, a positive attitude, exceptional organisational skills, a strong work ethic, a desire to work as part of a team, a willingness to work hard & to learn, attention to detail and an ability to follow through & complete all tasks.
- Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
