F & B Supervisor (Female)

- Check if there is sufficient stock for business
- Make requisitions for all beverage items replenishment to maintain the par stock
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar and store room
- Check if mise-en-place is properly done and ensure all equipment is clean and in good condition
- Uphold proper drink making and standard measures of the liqueurs
- Promote daily Food and Beverage sales so as to reach and exceed monthly budgets
- 2 years relevant job experience
- Fluent in English
- Excellent beverage knowledge
