Assistant F&B Director

We are looking for 6 Assistant F&B Director

Duties and responsibilities:

• Support the F&B Director for what concern hotel services management and daily hotel activities and services planning
• Daily inspections on the Guests’ and Crew areas to assure the required standards of hygiene-sanitation-safety
• Monitoring the functioning and maintenance of all Hotel department equipment and materials
• Problem solving and decision making
• Transmit instructions to ship personnel efficiently
• Handling pressure and hard work
What we require:
• Hotel School Diploma and at least 2 years of experience in Food and Beverage Management on board on a passenger ship or in Hotel industry
• Strong computer skills and mail application
• Communicational and leadership skills
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment
• Possession of HACCP, Sanitation certificate or equivalent
You speak fluent English and Italian and have some knowledge of an additional language among French, Spanish and German
