The hotel is currently looking for an experienced Female Guest Relation Officer who will be expected to provide courteous service to guests and respond promptly and tactfully to guest matters, inquiries and complaints.
Job Specifications
1. Must have a minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in a five star hotel
2. Must have excellent command of the English language (knowledge of Arabic and French would be an advantage)
3. Must have working knowledge of Opera
4. Must have pleasing personality
5. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
