Renaissance Istanbul Bosphorus is looking for an Executive Chef for Renaissance Istanbul Bosphorus Hotel which will open end of September 2012.
Modern young and creative chef, who has out of the box thinking and who can create delicious food with simple items and who can be the leader in the Kitchen team which is approx. 35 people. We are looking for creativity and modern cuisine-chef following the new gastronomy trends.
Please find below some requirements:
-Knowledge of menu composition
- Knowledge of food & beverage marketing/promotional techniques
- Knowledge of pricing rationale and strategies
- Retail merchandising skills
- Knowledge of event management operations
- Knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment
- Knowledge of governmental regulations and safety standards
- Strong organization skills.
