The Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Downtown will be located on the upper floors of a mixed used building located at walking distance from Dubai Mall and 10 kilometers from the international airport. It comprises 220 contemporary rooms (including 22 suites). Guests will also benefit from an all day dining-restaurant, a specialty restaurant, a pub, 2 bars (including a rooftop pool bar), and a sophisticated Business Class Lounge. Meeting facilities will include 6 conference rooms, 2 board rooms, and a business center – and for those combining business and leisure travel, the hotel will have a swimming pool and a gym/spa.

Some rooms will offer breathtaking views of Burj Khalifa, with 828 meters the world’s tallest tower which was completed in early 2010. The tower is within walking distance – as well as Dubai Mall featuring 1,200 retail outlets, a 220-store Gold Souk, and more than 150 food and beverage outlets.
