For our Paul Bocuse Mediterranean Brasserie “Le Sud”, we are presently looking for passionate, motivated, well rounded young COOKS as well as a Pastry Cook.
Having had a proper culinary education and a 2 to 3 year-experience in a multiple-outlet or a high volume food & beverage operation.
Ideally the candidates (M/F) should have already worked in a mid-size luxury hotel kitchen.
The candidates should also be able to communicate in French.
Due to work permit restrictions and limitations, only candidates from the European Community will be able to apply.
Possibility of temporary lodging on site.
