Hotel Manager :

Required for our existing 5* hotel in Muscat – Oman (Small Boutique Hotel)

Key responsibilities of this role include:

- Developing financial, operational and business plans
- Development and implementation of marketing plans
- Preparing and executing strategy to maximize hotel revenue
- Supporting and driving Human Resources as a strategic business partner
- Fostering the development of a positive work environment for all employees
- Championing the brand at all times
- Ensuring that product quality and service standards are met at all areas of the Hotel

Competencies :

- Must have 4/5-star hotel management experience (EAM level or Hotel Manager)
- Demonstrate the ability to generate new ideas
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel or Hospitality
- Management or equivalent qualification
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral with proficiency in English
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Previous experience working with a multicultural workforce
- Demonstrated history of developing and growing capabilities in the team
- High energy levels, positive attitude and strong motivator
