We are looking to find a Banqueting and Production Chef de Cuisine for our client. This property is located in Mediterranean and is due to open in the next few months. The Hotel aims to achieve a standard of luxury and service even greater than that at the Burj al-Arab.The hotel will have 500 rooms and seven restaurants as well as large Conference & Banqueting. They are now searching for a highly motivated and guest oriented chef to join them in this exciting journey to deliver one of the world's most luxurious hotel standards. You will ideally be German speaking, with great culinary skills, up-to-date with the latest trends, international experience in reputable operations, Middle East experience preferred, opening experience a plus.
